A very beautiful plant with large, full and fluffy lavender-pink plumes set off with a subtle blue sheen that's most noticable in the morning and evening.

Prefers shade to partial shade and fertile, moist soil. Adequate moisture is important, although this cultivar is more tolerant of drought and sun than other astilbes. Excellent plants for borders, containers, the shade garden and edges of ponds.
