Waves of flat, terracotta-colored flower clusters continue to rise then fall away through shades of golden yellow throughout the summer. A profuse bloomer with sturdy upright stems bearing aromatic, finely-cut fern-like foliage.
Grows well in full sun, in poor soil. Prefers some moisture but has good drought tolerance. Avoid soggy soils. An outstanding plant for the perennial border or the wild garden. Provides good flowers for both cutting and drying.
