Ordering
After ordering we will send you a confirmation per e-mail.
All varieties that are ‘not available’ you have to re-order. We do not backorder any items.
In our weekly ‘availability-list’ you can find when these varieties are available again!

Minimum quantity per shipment is 1 box (these are about 5000/7000 cuttings)
Minimum quantity per variety is 500 pc.
Ordering from the CRC programm
Is the same as a normal order only the quantity per variety is 15.000 pcs.
Order Deadline
Orders and/or cancellations have to be in by Friday for delivery the following week.
Because of production and/or quality reasons it can occur that confirmed items are not shipped at the last moment and therefore will be missing with your delivery.
Also these items will not be back-ordered, so you have to re-order!
Claims
Claims concerning quality and quantity have to be reported within 48 hours after delivery.
Darwinplants does not accept ‘Quality-claims’ without detailed info! Digital pictures are much appreciated. |
